Life In Lockdown
Exuding a need for Justice with MAG by Andile & unabashedly owning it in Casera design
- ..
Allow me to re introduce myself ..
It’s been ages since I updated this site but I’ve been silent for good reason. I’m just so obsessed with making sure everything I do has meaning, that I chose silence for awhile. You can expect powerful imagery with timeless pieces that last, not so on trend but a more classic approach. A lasting aesthetic that allows international play but is still grounded in strong South African design.
Sharing a more grounded & centered me, many hours in solitude, cleansing my spirit, all this surviving CoVid & adulting 101 will pull the guts & bravery out of you. My mission hasn’t changed. I’ve always supported local, worn & walked South African designers since my teens. This site has always been a space for creatives but today at least I can attest to being One & of my own. After spending almost 15 years advertising major local & international brands in print campaigns & tv commercials, I’m pretty sure any space I create will always be dedicated to sharing diversity & practicing inclusion. I just won’t be forced to regurgitate what I’m told too. By all means if you like my vibes then ride along with me & let me know your thoughts on the content & know that I appreciate you taking the time to know where my heads at. I’ll definitely be sharing more of my in lockdown life. Who influenced me most & my preferences on all things from food to fitness & of course the wonderful team of people who helped to make this possible.
